南充主城区还有38个楼盘未动工，顺庆区最多

15日，南充自规局公布了市2022年第一季度存量住宅用地信息，涉及的项目总数有112宗，顺庆43宗，高坪36宗，嘉陵33宗，总面积10178亩。其中，未动工土地面积为2682.71亩，已动工未竣工土地面积为7495.29亩，未销售房屋土地面积为2696.64亩。
